Welcome to smartdayproducts.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and product purchases made through Smartday Products, an operating entity under Smartday Group, Inc. By placing an order or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Store Terms
- By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to make purchases.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing & Currency
- Product prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and/or Liberian Dollars (LRD). Applicable conversion rates for local currency transactions are calculated at checkout or at the time of invoice generation.
3. Payment Methods & Requirements
- Standard Delivery Coverage (Monrovia & Paynesville): We accept Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, payment must be handed to the delivery agent upon physical inspection and handover.
- Out-of-Zone & Regional Deliveries: Full upfront payment for all items must be completed prior to dispatch via Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or direct bank transfer. Cash on Delivery is strictly unavailable for out-of-zone destinations.
4. Delivery Boundaries & Out-of-Zone Shipping
- Standard local delivery covers designated areas within Monrovia, Paynesville, and surrounding suburbs during operating hours (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- For customers outside these primary zones, special delivery arrangements are made via commercial transport drivers and parking stations.
- Transport Expenses: All out-of-zone transport charges are at the customer’s sole expense. Customers must pay the transport fee directly to the parking station or driver upon arrival.
5. Fulfillment Grace Period, Warehouse Fees & Order Abandonment
- 7-Day Receipt Window: All paid or confirmed orders must be collected or received by the customer within 7 calendar days of order confirmation or dispatch notification.
- Warehouse Penalty Fee: Any order remaining uncollected or unreceived after the 7-day grace period will incur a mandatory warehouse holding penalty of $5.00 USD per week (or its LRD equivalent). All accrued fees must be paid prior to package release.
- 30-Day Non-Liability / Abandonment Clause: Management and Smartday Group, Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for any orders remaining uncollected or overstaying for 30 calendar days or more. After 30 days, unclaimed orders are deemed legally abandoned and may be forfeited, resold, or returned to inventory without any obligation for a refund or replacement.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to hygiene and health standards for skincare and cosmetic products, opened, unsealed, or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Return claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to help@smartdayproducts.com within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or video proof.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, visual layout, text, product descriptions, and media assets, are the exclusive property of Smartday Group, Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Smartday Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, courier delays beyond our control, or failure to receive items due to inaccurate contact information provided by the customer.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Liberia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to local legal jurisdiction.
